Art for the grief journey ahead - beginners welcome!

In order to move forward in your grief journey, you have to start with where you're at.


In this mini-course, I’ll help you discover:


  1. Your starting point - where you’re at in your grief

  2. Your personal roadmap - vision and goals how you want to heal and grow


All the while we'll be using ART as a metaphor and tool for our grief journey.

And guess what? No previous art experience is necessary.

I (Danica) am not a licensed art therapist. I teach art as a therapeutic tool for recovery from grief. The difference is subtle, but important. This mini-course is not meant to give a medical diagnosis, nor is it a substitute for mental health treatment. This course is for self-reflection and self-help only. It's like the equivalent of picking up a self-help book for a topic you want to grow in.
